Welcome to Oheb Game Shop ("Oheb", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using ohebgameshop.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

\n

1. About Our Services

\n

Oheb Game Shop provides an online platform for purchasing digital gaming products, including (without limitation) in-game currency, top-ups, vouchers, gift cards, and related digital items. All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically to the account details you provide.

\n

2. Eligibility

\n

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for ensuring that top-ups and digital goods are allowed for your game account and region.

\n

3. Accounts

\n

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ohebgameshop.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.

\n

4. Orders & Pricing

\n

Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change at any time before payment is confirmed.
By submitting an order, you confirm that the game account / player ID and other details are correct.
Incorrect account details provided by you may result in delivery to the wrong account. Completed deliveries caused by customer-provided incorrect details are generally non-reversible.
We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate, mispriced, or otherwise improper.

\n

5. Payments

\n

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms when using their methods. Orders typically begin processing after payment is confirmed. Pending or unpaid invoices may expire automatically.

\n

6. Delivery

\n

Digital products are normally delivered automatically after successful payment and supplier fulfillment. Delivery times can vary by game, product, payment method, and supplier status. You can track orders via Track Order / Invoices on our site. Delays may occur during provider maintenance, network issues, or verification checks.

\n

7. Prohibited Use

\n

You agree not to use Oheb Game Shop to:

\n

Commit fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
Interfere with site security, scrape without permission, or abuse APIs;
Submit knowingly false account or payment information;
Harass staff or other users;
Resell products in violation of game publisher rules where prohibited.

\n

8. Intellectual Property

\n

Site content, branding, logos, and software are owned by Oheb Game Shop or its licensors. Game names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are an independent reseller/top-up service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by every game publisher unless explicitly stated.

\n

9. Disclaimers

\n

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim for fast and accurate delivery, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every third-party game/publisher system will always accept a top-up without delay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost game progress, account bans imposed by publishers, or lost profits) arising from use of the service.

\n

10. Limitation of Liability

\n

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid to Oheb Game Shop for that order, except where prohibited by applicable law.

\n

11. Refunds

\n

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Digital goods that have been successfully delivered are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when a failure is caused by our system/supplier and cannot be fulfilled.

\n

12. Changes

\n

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

\n
